DC snow forecast: Light snow arrives late Friday through early Saturday

Another blast of winter weather is targeting the Washington, D.C. region this weekend. FOX 5's Taylor Grenda says the light snow will arrive late Friday through early Saturday morning. Most areas will pick up a trace to an inch.

Some schools in the Washington, D.C. area, including the Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia regions, are still closed or have delayed their opening times as they continue to clean up after the early week winter storm.

Cold temperatures have led to refreezing in some areas. Another winter storm has the potential to bring more snow from Friday into Saturday.
