WASHINGTON - Multiple Metrorail problems impacted the morning commute along portions of the Blue, Orange, Red and Silver lines.
Emergency crews responded to the Rosslyn station around 5 a.m. where possible arching insulators were suspected of causing the delays.
By 7 a.m., normal service had resumed to all lines. Delays continued through the morning. No injuries were reported.
