There’s a new CEO in town. Prince George’s County Public Schools is welcoming Millard House II to the district. County Executive Angela Alsobrooks made the announcement Wednesday morning, introducing Mr. House to the community. FOX 5 reporter Nana-Sentuo Bonsu is in Upper Marlboro with more.
LARGO, Md. - Prince George's County Public Schools has named Millard House II as their new superintendent.
House II previously served as superintendent of the 210,000-student Houston Independent School District, the eighth-largest district in the nation and the largest in Texas.
He has 25 years of experience in education and in the nonprofit sector including as Executive Consultant/Executive Director of New Leaders for New Schools.

Prince George's County Public Schools has named Millard House II as their new superintendent.
He has also served as Director of Schools for the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System in Tennessee, Chief Operating Officer of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in North Carolina and as Deputy Superintendent for Tulsa Public Schools in Oklahoma.
