BELTSVILLE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Police in Prince George's County say they are investigating a homicide after finding an adult male unresponsive in a car that had struck a parked car in Beltsville.
Officials say they were called to the 11300 block of Evans Trail at around 11:45 a.m. for a welfare check.
Witnesses say the man was in a car, when it hit a parked car. He wasn't going fast, but neighbors called police.
However, upon further investigation they found a man unresponsive inside the car. He was pronounced dead on scene.
Officers say they were initially calling it a "suspicious death investigation" but are now pursuing the case as a homicide.
Police say there are no further details at this time. Prince George's County police ask for anyone with information contact them.
