Prince George's County police identify Adelphi shooting victim
ADELPHI, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - UPDATE (2:25P.M. OCT.13): Prince George's County police have identified the man killed in a shooting Friday night in Adelphi.
They say they found 22-year-old Mamadou Bah of Adelphi dead at the scene around 7:25 p.m. Friday in a parking lot in the 1800 block of Metzerott Road.
They're canvassing the neighborhood today as they continue to investigate the shooting.
Police say Bah was an immigrant from Guinea who moved to his apartment on Metzerott Road just two weeks ago. He worked as a delivery driver and came to the U.S. to attend school. Police say they have not discovered a motive for his killing so far.
"Detectives are actively working to find out who killed Mamadou and why," Major Brian Reilly said in a statement.

ORIGINAL STORY (9:43 P.M. OCT. 12): Police in Prince George's County are investigating a fatal shooting in Adelphi Friday night.
The shooting happened in the 1800 block of Metzerott Road at around 7:25 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man lying outside in a parking lot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are working to establish a suspect and motive at this time.
