Police seek person of interest after teen girl recorded inside store fitting room at Fair Oaks Mall

FAIRFAX, Va. - Police in Fairfax County are searching for a person of interest who may have information about a suspect who filmed a teenage girl trying on clothes inside a store fitting room at Fair Oaks Mall.

Police say the 13-year-old victim was at the Hollister Co. store last Sunday between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. changing her clothes when she heard a noise in a neighboring stall and noticed a cell phone that was apparently recording her.

The girl told her mother about the incident, who then informed store employees.

Fairfax County police say there is surveillance video that shows the person of interest inside the store at the time of the incident and investigators are looking to identify him. Police are not calling him a suspect at this time.
