Police search for missing elderly woman from Fairfax County; Senior Alert issued

VIENNA, Va. - Authorities have issued a Senior Alert and are asking for help locating a missing elderly woman from Fairfax County.
Police say 78-year-old Joan Gosser was last seen on Tuesday around 3 p.m. in the 10100 block of Cedar Pond Drive in the Vienna area.
Joan is 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds with brown and gray hair and green eyes. She was last seen driving a 2010 white Subaru Outback with Virginia tags KNF4692.
Officials say she is considered endangered due to mental and physical health conditions. Virginia State Police issued the Senior Alert on Tuesday.
