Police: Man robs Manassas bank, escapes with cash

MANASSAS, Va. -- Police are searching for a man who robbed a TD bank in Manassas on Monday afternoon.

Police say the male subject entered the bank on Digges Road at approximately 12:50 p.m. and demanded money from the teller. He then allegedly fled with an undisclosed amount of cash towards the area of Bruton Parish and Plantation Lane.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid 20s with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie sweatshirt with a Nike logo, khaki pants and black shoes.
