WASHINGTON - Police are looking for a suspect after they say a person was stabbed on a Metro bus Sunday afternoon.
Investigators say it happened just after 3:30 p.m. as Transit and DC police were called to Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and Galveston Place SW for a person stabbed while on an A4 route Metrobus.
Police say a man had a non-life-threatening stab wound in his back. They say he was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition.
Investigators say they are still looking for the suspect, who got off the bus and fled the scene. Police say they think the suspect stabbed the man during an argument.
