Pedestrian struck, killed by vehicle in Camp Springs

CAMP SPRINGS, Md. - Authorities say a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle early Wednesday in Prince George's County.

The crash happened around 4:45 a.m. on the Branch Avenue off-ramp to the outerloop of Interstate 495.

Police say the driver of the striking vehicle remained on the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
