WASHINGTON - Police are investigating a homicide that occurred on Sunday, July 9, in the 700 block of Kenilworth Avenue, Northeast.
Officers say they heard the sound of gunshots around 12:24 a.m. and headed to the above location. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds inside an establishment.
The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Charles Sullivan, he was pronounced dead on the scene.
