No injuries after U Street apartment fire
WASHINGTON - D.C. firefighters say they quickly put out a fire that broke out Sunday morning in a U Street apartment building.
The blaze broke out around 11:30 a.m. Sunday in a four-story apartment building near 12th and U streets, Northwest.
By 11:50 a.m. the firefighters say they confined the fire and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
