VIENNA, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - Navy Federal Credit Union customers experienced delays with account deposits Thursday morning and took to social media to voice their frustrations.
"We're experiencing a delay with account deposits today, and we're working through a solution," the credit union wrote on its official Twitter account. "Currently members are unable to call in to speak with representatives."
FOX 5 learned about the issue Thursday morning after a caller, who said they are a Navy Federal Credit Union customer, called into the newsroom and said a previous deposit they made had disappeared.
Dozens of complaints regarding problems with money and deposits were also found on Twitter.
Navy Federal Credit Union tweets just after noon that the issue was resolved and apologized for the inconvenience.
