WASHINGTON - D.C.’s murder victims of 2019 are not being forgotten.
A solemn memorial of crosses is on display on the lawn of the Faith United Church of Christ in Northeast – a somber reminder of the District’s deadliest year in a decade.
The names of 162 people killed in the District are written on them.
The memorial was fashioned by one of the victim’s brothers.
