Man told DC cops he murdered someone in North Carolina, police say
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - A man is in under arrest after he told D.C. police that he murdered someone in North Carolina, according to the authorities.
According to police, Jaron Alan Kubler approached officers in front of the Capital One Arena and made his confession.
D.C. police reached out to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, who confirmed that a "possible homicide" had occurred there.
Police arrested him as a fugitive from justice pending a warrant from the authorities in North Carolina.
According to Fox 8 in High Point, NC, Kubler is linked to the discovery of a woman's body in Kernersville.
