Man suspected of shooting two DC school administrators arrested
WASHINGTON - Police arrested a man they say shot two D.C. Public Schools administrators last month in southeast D.C.
23-year-old Justin Headspeth was arrested Monday and faces charges of assault with intent to kill.
Investigators say Headspeth shot the administrators on January 27th around 7:35 p.m. in the 1500 block of Eaton Road.
Both of the victims, a man and a woman, survived the shooting and were transported to a local hospital.
