UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - Prince George's County police are trying to make sense of a fatal crash in Upper Marlboro Monday morning that left one man dead.
Officials are working to figure out if it was an accident or intentional.
The crash happened around 8:30 a.m. at the Marlboro Village Shopping Center in the 5000 block of Brown Station Road. The man who was killed was driving in a black Range Rover with his mother and was armed with a loaded assault rifle.
The striking vehicle was a red Range Rover and police say the driver and his daughter remained on the scene.
The crash is under investigation at this time.
