Man stabbed at Silver Spring Transit Center

WASHINGTON - A man was hospitalized as he was stabbed at the Silver Spring Transit Center on Thrusday night.

The stabbing was reported around 11:40 p.m.

Police say the victim and the suspect were involved in an argument prior to the stabbing. The suspect fled the area.

The man was transported to a nearby hospital with injuries officials say are considered to be non-life-threatening.

The investigation is ongoing.
