WASHINGTON - An overnight shooting death in southeast D.C. is now the city's 138th homicide of the year.
D.C. police investigators say a man was shot around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 4800 block of Alabama Avenue. Officers say dozens of shots were fired and the man died on the scene.
Police say they are looking for a black male with black clothing in connection with the shooting. The investigation is continuing.
