Man shot, killed at gas station in Northwest DC, police say

WASHINGTON - Authorities are on the scene of a deadly shooting at a gas station in Northwest, D.C.

Police say the shooting was reported at a Shell station on the 4900 block of Connecticut Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Officers say a male victim was found on the scene with gunshot wounds.

A shooting was also reported late Sunday night along the 4300 block of 40th Street. Police said they are “exploring the possibility “when asked if the two shootings were connected.
