Man shot in Northeast DC; police say suspect seen driving red Corvette
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - Police are on the scene of a shooting in Northeast, D.C.
Officers say the shooting was reported around 7 a.m. in the 300 block of Evarts Street where a man was found with gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and his condition was not released.
Investigators are looking for a suspect described as a male wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. He was last seen driving a red Corvette and armed with a handgun.
