Man shot dead in Silver Spring alleyway

SILVER SPRING, Md. - Authorities are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in a Silver Spring alleyway.

On Sunday around 9:45 a.m., police responded to the 8000 block of 13th Street where the victim was found on the ground with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators have no suspects or motives currently. The homicide remains under investigation.
