WASHINGTON - A man was shot and killed late Wednesday night in Southeast D.C., according to authorities.
D.C. police said the shooting happened in the 2000 block of Fairlawn Avenue at about 11:20 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene they found 38-year-old Daniel Shelton Parker suffering from gunshot wounds. Parker was pronounced dead at the scene.
FOX 5's Annie Yu was on the scene and reported that dozens of evidence markers were on the ground.
Police have no suspects or motives at this time.
