WASHINGTON - Authorities say a man was grazed by a bullet fired by a gunman who robbed him of his scooter in the District.
The shooting was reported just before 10 p.m. Monday near 7th and T Street in the northwest.
The man’s condition is not known. Police have no description of the gunman.
