WOODBRIDGE, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - An employee at a Potomac Mills clothing store is charged in a peeping tom incident.

Police say a woman said she was changing in a fitting room at H&M Monday night when she saw a hand holding a camera phone, pointed at her.
The employee, Bonasorn Powers, turned himself in to police the same night.
