WASHINGTON - D.C. Police have safely located two sisters who went missing Thursday morning before school.
11-year-old Janae and 9-year-old Jewell Selby had last been seen yesterday morning around 7 a.m. in the 300 block of 51st Street, Northeast.
Police said they were located safely around 9:30 a.m.
