LOCATED: 10-year old boy from St. Mary's County found safe

LEONARDTOWN, Md. - UPDATE 9 a.m.: Police say 10-year old Stephon James Proctor has been found and is safe.

Police are asking for help in finding a missing 10-year old boy from St. Mary's County.

Officers say Stephon James Proctor is 4-foot-3-inches tall, weighs 58 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Stephon may be with Bruce Proctor who may be operating a black Range Rover SUV with MD or DC registration. It is unclear how the two are related.
