LOCATED: 1-year-old boy, 13-year-old sister found safe
WASHINGTON - 1PM UPDATE: Police say 1-year-old Makkah Davis and his sister, 13-year-old Kamahri Davis, have been found safe.

Police are asking for help finding a brother and sister missing from the District.
Officers say 1-year-old Makkah Davis and his sister, 13-year-old Kamahri Davis were last seen on Tuesday, August 7 around 2 p.m. in the 3000 block of Stanton Road in Southeast, D.C.
Investigators describe Makkah as a black male with a light brown complexion. He is 2-feet-tall and weighs 30 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue and red shirt with a light-blue stripe, shorts and sandals.
Kamahri is described by police as a black female with a medium brown complexion. She is 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She wears a gray scarf around her head and has brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt with flowers, blue jeans and green Vans shoes.
