Humane Rescue Alliance continues reduced adoption fees after shelters reach capacity
WASHINGTON - The Humane Rescue Alliance is continuing to discount their adoption fees after shelters recently reached capacity.
The group says they’re cutting adoption fees by 50% through April 16.
Shelter locations on Oglethorpe Street and New York Avenue are open for walk-in adoptions from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Officials say no appointment is needed.
