Suspect charged after man stabbed to death near strip mall in Landover Hills
LANDOVER HILLS, Md. - Authorities charged 47-year-old Andre Andrew Dougal with murder after a man was found stabbed to death near a strip mall in Landover Hills.
The Prince George’s County Police Department took Dougal into custody without incident.
He’s charged with the murder of 31-year-old Langley Sloan.

Police found Sloan suffering from a stab wound just before 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 6500 block of Annapolis Road. He died at the scene.
Investigators used surveillance video which captured an image of the suspect. They believe Dougal stabbed Sloan during a fight and that the two were known to each other.
Dougal is charged first and second degree murder and related charges. He remains in custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
