GMU police make arrest in campus vandalism
FAIRFAX, Va. - On Friday morning George Mason University Police arrested the suspects responsible for vandalizing various parts of campus.
The two non-students put up signs to protest a "Students for Justice in Palestine" conference underway at George mason. When police arrested the suspects they found tub of industrial glue in their vehicle.
The destruction of property is estimated at $2,500.
Officials told FOX 5's Matt Ackland that had the suspects used tape that comes off easily instead of industrial glue, there would have been no reason to arrest the two.
