Germantown suspicious package investigation causes traffic delays

GERMANTOWN, Md. - A suspicious package investigation in Germantown is causing traffic delays Wednesday.

Police say Germantown Road is closed between Crystal Rock Drive and I-270 -- including ramps 15A and 15B.
