Georgetown Pike closed in both directions due to accident

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - Georgetown Pike is currently closed from Old Dominion Drive to Difficult Run Park in both directions due to a traffic accident.

Northbound and southbound Georgetown Pike are closed. Wires are in the roadway and Virginia Power Company is on the scene.

Officials are telling drivers to avoid the area if possible.
