Gearing up for the 15th annual International Submarine Race

BETHESDA, Md. (FOX 5 DC) -- The goal of the 15th annual Submarine Race, sponsored by the Foundation for Underwater Research Education, is to challenge students from around the world to design, build and race a human-powered sub in an underwater course for awards in various categories.
