Several people, including a 5-year-old girl, are dead after a tragedy involving a train in northern Ohio this weekend.

What we know:

According to FOX 19 Cleveland, a family on a fishing trip was walking along a railroad bridge Sunday evening in Fremont, which is near Lake Erie between Toledo and Cleveland.

As a train passed, four people ended up in the water. Fremont Mayor Danny Sanchez initially confirmed two fatalities: A 58-year-old woman and her 38-year-old daughter.

Town Safety Service Director Ken Frost told FOX 19 that a baby girl was pulled from the water by fishermen who used CPR to get the baby breathing again. She remains hospitalized in Toledo.

A 5-year-old girl was also missing; crews searching the Sandusky River found her body Monday morning.
