FOX 5 is saying goodbye to an amazing talent and friend - Tony Perkins!

Tony joined FOX 5 in the early 1990s as a morning weathercaster. His work at the station led him to New York where he joined ABC's Good Morning America as a forecaster and feature reporter.

In 2005, Tony returned to FOX 5 where he took on many different roles and moved from the weather center to the anchor desk.

In 2017, Tony reunited with longtime friend, Donnie Simpson, on Majic 102.3/92.7 FM.

Tony is leaving FOX 5 -- but he's not leaving D.C.! You can still hear him every weekday during the afternoon drive on the radio with Donnie!
