Former St. Mary's College student accused of recording men using the bathroom, posting online
ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A former St. Mary's College student is facing charges for allegedly recording men using a bathroom at the school and then uploading the videos to a website.
Timothy Alexander Bingley, 20, of Anne Arundel County faces a host of misdemeanor charges including multiple counts of publishing and distributing obscene materials and recording a person in a private place - prurient intent.
He is also charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to distribute obscene material.
Police have not indicated whether Bingley is in jail.
They have not released a booking photo.
