Fight between 2 women turns deadly in Prince George's County; 1 in custody
WASHINGTON - Police say one woman is dead and another is behind bars, charged with murder after a fight at a Prince George’s County home turned deadly.
According to police, 35-year-old Erica Terry has been charged with killing 54-year-old Connie Burns.
Officers were called to a home in the 6400 block of Cabin Branch Court in Capitol Heights around 11 p.m. on Dec. 12 where they found Burns suffering from serious trauma. She was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Police say Terry remained at the scene after and was taken into custody.
Investigators say the two women knew each other and had been together at the home when they got into a physical altercation. The fight escalated and Terry killed Burns, police say.
Police did not specify what kind of injuries Burns sustained or if a weapon was involved.
Terry has been charged with second-degree murder and related charges. She is being held by the Department of Corrections.
