Fiery tractor-trailer crash causes major delays on DC beltway outer loop
Major delays are expected Thursday after a tractor-trailer crash along the Capital Beltway in Maryland. The fiery crash happened along the outer loop lanes after the MD-4/Pennsylvania Avenue exit.
Traffic has been reduced to only the far left lane.
Delays extend from the Ritchie Marlboro Road exit.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
