FBI, DC police looking for suspect who fired at officer in Southeast
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) -- D.C. police and the FBI are asking for the public's help as they try to locate a suspect who fired "more than a dozen" shots at an officer in Southeast, and then ran off on July 4.
The officer was not injured during the incident in the 4600 block of Hillside Road Southeast, which occurred around 3:50 a.m.
The FBI is offering a reward of $10,000 - in addition to the normal $1,000 reward - for help identifying the gunman.
On Monday night, police released surveillance video of the incident.
