Evacuations after 2-alarm fire burns Rockville apartment building

ROCKVILLE, Md. - Firefighters evacuated a three-story apartment building in Rockville Monday morning after flames prompted a second alarm to be called.

The fire was reported around 9 a.m. in the 800 block of College Parkway near Nelson Street.

Fire officials say smoke was showing from the top floor of the building. When they arrived.

No injuries have been reported.
