A dump truck flipped over on its side and lost part of its load Thursday morning causing delays for commuters in Prince George's County.

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - A dump truck flipped over on its side and lost part of its load Thursday morning causing delays for commuters in Prince George's County.

The crash happened around 6 a.m. on northbound MD-4 / Pennsylvania Avenue at Dower House Road in Upper Marlboro.

Traffic congestion is building along MD-4 in both directions between Mellwood Road and Woodyard Road.
