Driver rescued from hood of car
First responders rescued a driver off the hood of their car after it ended up in the Tidal Basin.
WASHINGTON - First responders rescued a driver off the hood of their car after it ended up in the Tidal Basin.
Crews responded to the scene near Ohio and East Basin Drive around 2 a.m. where they found the person waiting on the hood
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
