The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 23400 block of Three Notch Road in California in the area of the Wildewood Shopping Center.

Police on Thursday confirmed the suspect as 20-year-old Tyler Ray Marini Sater of Stoney Beach in Anne Arundel County. Police say he remains hospitalized in stable condition.
