DC teen reported missing found shot to death in vacant Southwest apartment, police say
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - D.C. police have identified the person found shot to death in a vacant Southwest apartment Friday morning as a teen who was reported missing earlier this month.

According to police, DC Fire and EMS crews responded to the 200 block of M Street, SW at around 8:34 a.m. after receiving reports of an unconscious person.
When inside, police say rescue crews found the body of 16-year-old Domonique Franklin of Southeast. He had been shot multiple times.
Franklin was reported missing on August 14 but was reportedly found on Wednesday. Police say workers found the teen's body.
According to police, Franklin's body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
