DC police make 2 more arrests in McDonald's bathroom shooting near Verizon Center
WASHINGTON - D.C. police said they have arrested two more people connected to the shooting of a man inside the bathroom of a McDonald's restaurant near the Verizon Center.
The victim was shot in the face back on August 12 at the restaurant located on F Street in the Chinatown area. He was transported to the hospital and survived the shooting.
Police arrested 20-year-old Lafayette Booker of Northeast D.C. and a 17-year-old boy from Capitol Heights, Maryland on Tuesday and have charged both with assault with intent to rob.
One day following the shooting, a 15-year-old Southeast D.C. boy was arrested for the shooting and charged with assault with intent to kill.
