Mayor stresses social distancing after weekend National Mall crowding

DC Mayor Muriel Bowser stressed that residents must continue to social distance as the District tries to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Schools in the District are closed, but that doesn’t mean the effort to educate young people in the nation’s capital has stopped.

This week, D.C. will hold virtual recruiting days for educators.
