WASHINGTON - Two legends in the world of comedy and entertainment took a trip to the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington D.C.
Dave Chappelle and Jerry Seinfeld were inside The Diner on Tuesday along with a camera crew as they shot an episode for Seinfeld's web series "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee."
The pair was also seen walking along 18th Street as the cameras were rolling, and then they got into a gold-colored Citroen vehicle parked on the street.
However, when they both got into the car, there was one problem - Seinfeld couldn't get it to start.
Two people were then seen pushing the car out from the parking spot in an effort to get the vehicle going.
Chappelle, a D.C. native, is in town for his comedy tour as he is performing 19 shows at the Warner Theatre within a nearly two-week span.
Chappelle with the assistance of fellow comedian John Oliver also helped get D.C. Public Schools trending on Twitter after appearance during the Emmy Awards earlier this month. Chappelle is a graduate from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in the District.
