Police in Culpeper, Virginia say they've been responding to a frightening number of overdoses.

On officials say they're being called from two to five overdoses a week, which is a lot considering the town's population is just 20,000.

In hopes to spread awareness about the problem, the Culpeper Police Department posted a picture on its Facebook page of a vile of heroin, next to a vile of fentanyl.

Police say heroin producers have been mixing the two drugs in order form an especially lethal combination.
