Kensington peeper arrested

An alleged Kensington peeping tom is in custody after he was caught on a neighbor’s Ring camera.

Doorbell video of an alleged peeping tom prompted Montgomery County police to arrest one Kensington man. The charges have since been dismissed.

Police arrested and charged 56-year-old Derek Hill of Kensington after he was allegedly seen on video via the Ring doorbell app, taking pictures of the bedroom windows of two different homes back in February.
